Yes — entirely remote. We work across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. If you can share imagery, we can produce your video.
All packages include at least one revision. Signature and Agency packages include two. Additional revisions are available at €150 per round.

These Terms govern all contracts between LUMAVIS (Schellenbergstrasse 6, 7000 Chur, Switzerland; "Service Provider") and its clients ("Client") for video production services.
A contract is formed when the Client accepts an offer in writing (email or WhatsApp) and pays the deposit pursuant to clause 5.
The Client provides all necessary imagery (minimum 15 photos, recommended 30–40) and warrants full rights to all submitted material. Delays from incomplete submissions are borne by the Client.
Standard delivery: 5 business days from receipt of all materials and deposit. Acceptance is deemed given if no written objection is raised within 5 business days of delivery. Additional revisions: €150 per round.
Copyright in created videos remains with LUMAVIS. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, unlimited licence for the agreed purposes. Sublicensing requires prior written consent.
Liability is limited to the order value. LUMAVIS is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, except in cases of gross negligence or intent (Art. 100 OR).
Cancellation after production commencement: the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Services already rendered are charged proportionally.
Exclusively Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Chur, Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. UN CISG excluded.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The invalid provision is replaced by one closest to its economic purpose (Art. 20 para. 2 OR).
